We own and operate our very own delivery vehicles and we also partner with trusted shipping companies to handle transporting trailer loads of furnishings and like items that we ship across the country. Warehousing and Installation Services
Before the loading process begins, our team of qualified warehouse associates prepare, inspect, and digitally scan each item to ensure it will be loaded properly and is in good condition. Furnishings, artwork, accessories, and like items are expertly packed and arranged to best protect them from damage and allow for a smart and efficient off-loading process upon arrival to the project site.
Installation Managers always on site
On-Site Experience
Each on-site delivery is managed by an experienced Installation Manager or a Lead Installation Specialists, and an installation team. Our Installation Managers will ensure all items are unloaded at the project site in the same condition they were loaded. If any issues arise during a project installation, the Installation Manager or Lead Installation Specialist will be well equipped with resources, training, and support required to determine satisfactory solutions to meet and likely exceed all expectations.
